DISAPPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION (Myron Cliff)
property located in the SE 114 of Section 20, abutting Racine
WHEREAS, a sketch has been submitted by Myron Cliff on a
Avenue, and
WHEREAS, this property is zoned agricultural requiring
120,000 sq ft. in area, and
WHEREAS, this parcel is 5.12 acres in sinze, and
WHEREAS, there are tm principal buildings on this lot, and
WHEREAS, this division muld create two substandard lots,
and
WHEREAS, there had been a previous division to the west of
this property for 4.024 acres with a 60 ft. strip parallel to the
and
south lot Line of this property, supposedly for a future road,
lots to the north of this proposed roadway and, therefore,
eliminate the need to participate in a development of the road.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the division of the two
WHEREAS, a division of the 5.12 acres muld create three
substandard lots be denied.
