LANDSCAPE APPROVAL

WHEREAS, an application has been received for a permit to
construct a dwelling on lot #152 of the Lake Meadows Subdivision
which abuts Denoon Park, and
WHEREAS, the deed restrictions states that the Plan
Commission must approve the landscape plans, and
WHEREAS, the owner will provide for protection against
erosion during construction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission permits
construction of the dwelling with controls to prevent erosion.
