RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF RSM ZONING

WHEREAS, a request has been received from Fred Richter to
rezone from B-1 to RSM, and

WHEREAS, RSM zoning would permit one unit per 5,000 sq. ft.,

WHEREAS, it would be more desirable for residential use with
