APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP Irene Masch (former Mahn property)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map prepared by Gerald E. Casey, land surveyor, has been submitted to the Plan Commission for a
northeast corner of Woods Road and Durham Drive. in the NE 114 of four parcel division of the Irene Masch property located on the
Section 11, and
adopted December 5, 1983, with the following conditions:
1. That the deferred sewr assessment is paid
WHEREAS, a sketch was approved in Resolution #P. C. 142-83
prior to filing of the certified survey map.
2. That the proposed road dedication be shown on the certified survey map.
3. Payment of a $25.00 submittal fee and $800.00 in lieu
of park dedication.
4. Subject to the approval of the City Engineers.
WHEREAS, it was stated that Mrs. Masch wuuld be receptive to submitting a deed restriction with the certified survey maps
placing restrictions on lot 1, 2 and 4 stating that they could not be redivided, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the City Attorney's opinion this
be accomplished by a separate recorded restriction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map to
located on the northeast corner of Woods Road and Durham Drive,
finalize a four parcel division of the Irene Masch property
in the NE 114 of Section 11, subject to the conditions set forth
in Resolution #P. C. 142-83, adopted December 5, 1983, along with
dedication on Durham road.
