FLAT WALL SIGN APPROVAL

WHEREAS, a request for a 28-112 sq. ft. sign has been
submitted to the Plan Commission for architectural approval,
and
WHEREAS, this is considered a flat wall sign and does
meet the zoning requirements for this district, and
WHEREAS, the sign does not exceed 5%.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of
the%ity of Muskego does hereby approve the 28-112 sq. ft.
sign for Bushy's Pub located at S67 W14831 Janesville Road.
