SALE OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTY
(Tess Corners Retention Pond Area)
WHEREAS, the city acquired property in the NE 114 of
Section 2 '(Kurth'Property) for the purpose of constructing
a retention area, and
WHEREAS, the retention area has been completed, and
WHEREAS, some of this property abuts Woodland Place, and
WHEREAS, the proposed two lot division would have access
to the street and sewers, and
area and 120' width, and
WHEREAS, it is zoned RS-1 requiring 30,000 sq. ft.>,in
WHEREAS, this area is adjacent to the retention pond, and
WHEREAS, it is the city's intention to sell some of this
land for development, and
comer of the property, and
WHEREAS, it appears to be sufficient area in the southwest
March 13, 1984, stated they had no objections, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee, at their meeting of
WHEREAS, State Statute 62.23(5) requires sale of city-owned
property be referred to the City Plan Commission for consideration
and approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend approval of the sale of two
conforming lots located in the NE 114 of Section 2.
