APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STUCTURE

WHEREAS, it is proposed to construct a pole building for
equipment on the Daniel Kowalski property located at S75
W21767 Field Drive, and
WHEREAS, this parcel is approximately five acres in Size,
and
WHEREAS, the pole building will be located 30' behind
an existing garage and 50' from the lot line, and
WHEREAS, THE AREA IS PREDOMINATELY UNDEVELOPED.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego (Architectural Control Board) does hereby
approve the request of Daniel Kowaiski for a 63' x 36' building
for the purpose of storing equipment at S75 W21767 Field Drive.
