APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT

WHEREAS, a conditional use permit has been petitioned for to
sell new and used automobiles, and
WHEREAS, the omers will operate a parts and service
department to maintain them, and
WHEREAS, a joint Public Hearing has been held for the
rezoning from residential to B-4 (Highway Business) and the
Conditional Use, and
WHEREAS, a site plan including the landscaping, signs, and
lighting has been submitted, and
WHEREAS, the signs are in compliance with the zoning
ordinance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego grant the Conditional Use and approve the
Building, Site and Operational Plan conditioned that there will
be no outside storage of junked automobiles or parts.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego approve the two flat wall signs and the one 9' x 9'
freestanding sign.
