APPROVAL OF CHANGE OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT

WHEREAS, the Plan Commission at their meeting of February
21, 1984, determined that a Public Hearing should be held for the
change in conditional use from small engine repair to automative repair, and
WHEREAS, the Public Hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, this area is zoned B-3 (general business) and body repair businesses are permitted as a conditional use, and
WHEREAS, we have received a description of the proposed use.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission approve
the change of use subject to the following:
1. That the description of the proposed use, as submitted,
be followed.
2. That there be no outside storage of any parts,
equipment, or vehicles except those listed in the proposed use.
3. That the sign be submitted to the Plan Commission for approval.
