APPROVAL OF EXTENSION OF TIME - TEMPORARY SIGNS
LAKE MEADOWS
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission approved a 8' x 16' temporary
sign on Racine Avenue and Kelsey Drive and a 8' x 16' temporary
Subdivision, and
sign on Kelsey and Victoria Drive to introduce the Lake Meadows
WHEREAS, the six month extension of time for the sign on
Racine Avenue and Kelsey Drive had expired in January of 1983,
and
Drive and Victoria Drive, and
WHEREAS, the time now has expired on the sign on Kelsey
Drive has been replaced with a new 6' x 8' sign, and
WHEREAS, the old sign has not been removed, and
WHEREAS, the sign on Racine Avenue and Kelsey Drive is in
WHEREAS, the 8' x 16' sign on Kelsey Drive and Victoria %
satisfactory condition, and
WHEREAS, the subdivision is approaching 50% development and
has not reached 75% development.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve a six month extension for the
8' x 16' sign on Racine Avenue and Kelsey Drive and the 6' x 8'
Meadows Subdivision.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
removal of the old sign on Kelsey Drive and Victoria Drive.
