APPROVAL OF BARN STRUCTURE
DON MACHT
WHEREAS, Mr. Don Macht has applied for a permit to construct
a 24' x 30' barn structure on W207 S7004 High Bluff Drive (Ridges
Subdivision), and
WHEREAS, this lot is at least 120,000 sq. ft. and not more
than 400,000 sq. ft.; stables, barns and poultry houses, sheds
and other similar structures are permitted. However, when they
exceed 240 sq. ft. they are subject to Plan Commission approval,
and
WHEREAS, the outbuildings do not exceed 1% of the lot area.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Mr. Don Macht
to construct a 24' x 30' barn structure on W207 S7004 High Bluff
Drive (Ridges Subdivision).
