APPROVAL OF LAND DIVISION
JULIUS CAESAR
WHEREAS, it is proposed to divide approximately 4 112 acres
in a basic Agriculture District that has an OLR Overlay, located
in the NE 1/4 of Section 33 and addressed W173 S10626 Huskego Dam
Road, and
WHEAEAS, this one parcel division would meet the
requirements of the Agriculture zoning.
THESEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
city of i.luskego does hereby approve the sketch submitted by
Julius Caesar for a one parcel division of his property located
in the NE 114 of Section 33.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission wo*Jld be
receptive to receipt of a certified survey map to finalize this
division along with the $25.00 submittal Fee and $200.00 fee in
lieu of park dedication.
