RECOMMENDATION TO APPROVE REZONING
ROBERT SINDIC
FROM RS-2 AND RS-2 (00s) TO 8-4
WHEREAS, the city has been petitioned by Robert Sindic for a
B-4, Highway Business district zoning on a four acre parcel
located on the southeast corner of Highway 24 and Racine Avenue,
and
WHEREAS, this district is intended to provide for orderly
highway routes of those businesses and customer services which
and attractive grouping at appropriate locations along principal
which are specifically designed to serve the needs of such

WHEREAS, the proposed use for this B-4 district is to
provide for a service and sales establishment of automobiles, and
filing of a Conditional Use Grant which is subject to the Plan

Commission approval of a Building, Site & Operational Plan, and
removal of the B-2 zoning on the northwest corners because of
inactivity and the Common Council has rejected it, and
a proper place for a business.
City of Muskego recommends to the Common Council that the
Avenue be rezoned from RS-2 and RS-2 (00s) to B-4 (Highway
property located on the southeast corner of Highway 24 and Racine
Business).
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has previously recommended
