RESOLUTION #P. C. 16-84
RECOMMENDING SALE OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has determined it would be in
the best interest of the City of Pluskego to offer the following
city-owned property for sale:
2174.171 - Lot 62, Block 20 (Ruby Drive), NW 114 Sec. 4
2221.010-012 - Parcel 1, 2 and 3, Block 2 - Muskego
Industrial Park
and,
WHEREAS, State Statute 62.23(5) requires the sale of city-
owned property be referred to the City Plan Commission for
consideration and report.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council the
sale of the city-owned property listed above.
