RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL TO APPROVE AMENDMENT
TO ZONING DISTRICT MAP AND ZONING ORDINANCE - EA
(EXCLUSIVE AGRICULTURE)
WHEREAS, on January 4. 1984, the Plan Commission adopted
Resolution BP. C. 6-84 which encompassed Exhibit A (zoning
district map), and
WHEREAS, there were nore changes proposed at the Public
Hearing than those adopted by the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission should recommend to the Common
0 Council a specific map (Exhibit A) which they feel would be in
the best interest of the city.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission hereby
a?proves and recommends to the Common Council Exhibit A (,zoning
district map).
