SCHAAL REZONING REQUEST (RS-3 TO RS-3 00s)
property at S76 W18149 Janesville Road from RS-3 to RS-3 (00s)
for the purpose of landmower and small engine repair, and
WHEREAS, John Schaal has petitioned for the rezoning of his
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission recommended to the Common
Council that a previously submitted petition for the rezoning of
dated October 7, 1980, and the Common Council denied the rezoning
the John Schaal property be denied in Resolution #P. C. 92-80,
in Resolution #175-80, and

WHEREAS, this area is predominately residential in nature,
anticipate businesses in this area, and
WHEREAS, the comprehensive plan of the City does not
e WHEREAS, Planning Consultant Mangiamele had reviewed the
previous request and had recommended denial.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that
the rezoning of the John Schaal property at S76 W18149 Janesville
Road from RS-3 to RS-3 (00s) for the purpose of lawnmower and
small engine repair business be Ad-
