APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL OF FLAT WALL SIGN
BUSHY'S
WHEREAS, a request for a 9' x 5' flat wall sign has been
submitted by Bushy's tavern located at S67 W14831 Janesville
Road, under Conditional Use Grant #24, and
WHEREAS, it is proposed to place this 9' x 5' flat wall sign
on the north side of the building covering the existing window,
and
WHEREAS, this sign does not meet the zoning
doesldoes not
requirements for this RSA District.
WHEREAS, the sign exceeds 5%.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny the request for a 9' x 5' wall
sign to be located on the north side of Bushy's tavern located at
S67 W14831 Janesville Road.
