APPROVAL OF FREESTANDING SIGN
GREGORY S. WADE
WHEREAS, a request has been received from Gregory S. Wade
for a 23 sq. ft. freestanding sign to identify the Wade House
Hair Designs, located at S77 W18512 Janesville Road in the
Kingston's-On-Muskego subdivision, and
WHEREAS the proposed sign is all mod construction with red
letters outlined in black on a white background with rosemaling
on the border, externally illuminated and located as shown on the
site plan, and
WHEREAS, the proposed sign meets the guidelines for Sign
Approval and conforms to the zoning requirements.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Gregory S.
Wade for a 23 sq. ft. freestanding sign to be located within the
base setback line to identify the Wade House Hair Designs at
S77 W18512 Janesville Road in the Kingston's-On-Muskego
subdivision.
