ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
JOSEF EIBL
WHEREAS, a re.quest has been submitted by Josef Eibl for a
24' x 24' addition to the existing attached garage at W138
S7080 Shermod Circle, and
WHEREAS, the Building Code requires that because of si7z.e
the garages be separated by a fire wall and considered a second
garage, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission must consider the
architectural appearance of second garage structures, and
WHEREAS, it does not appear that this structure will have
an adverse affect on the surrounding properties in this RS-2
District.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby architecturally approve the request
of Josef Eibl for a second garage structure to be connected to
the existing attached garage and separated by a fire wall at
W138 S7080 Sherwood Circle.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with this residential
neighborhood.
