APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
JOHN GROH
WHEREAS, a sketch has been submitted for a four parcel
division of the John Groh property in the NE 114 of Section 5,
shown as Parcels A, B, C, and D on the sketch, and
WHEREAS, the sketch also shows a future seven lot
subdivision with an outlot, which must be submitted as a
preliminary plat, and
WHEREAS, Parcels A-D to be divided by certified survey map
more than meet the requirements of this RS-3 district, and
WHEREAS, Parcel C encompasses a previously subdivided lot.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the 0 City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for a four
parcel division of the John Groh property shown as Parcels A,
B, C and D, in the ;IF, 114 of Section 5, with the condition that
the 60' narrow strip located on Parcel C be used for access
only and not for the building of the home.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission would be
receptive to receipt of a certified survey map to finalize this
division along with receipt of the $25.00 submittal fee and
$800 in lieu of park dedication.
