PCR1984009RESOLUTION #P.C. 9-84 APPROVAL OF FREESTANDING SIGN LASSA/BLACK/KLENZ WHEREAS, a sign request for Drs. Lassa & Black, S.C., S76 W17587 Janesville Rd. was denied by the Plan Commission on January 3, 1984, and WHEREAS, it was suggested that their sign be incorporated with the existing Klenz Realty freestanding sign on the same supports in the same location, and WHEREAS, they have complied with that request and are submitting for approval an approximate 2-1/2' x 3-1/2' addition to the Klenz Realty sign located in the same area as the existing sign, which is at the base setback line, and WHEREAS, the two signs will not exceed the size permitted in this B-3 District. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that City of Muskego does hereby approve existing freestanding sign at S76 W Adopted P86L LC 1:; Defeated Deferred jm 2/84 the Plan Commission of the the proposed addition to the 17587 Janesville Rd.
