PCR1984007RESOLUTION #P. C. 7-84 APPROVAL OF FLAT WALL SIGN
SCHAUMBERG'S SUBURBAN HOUSE
WHEREAS, a request for two 5' x 8' flat wall signs has been
submitted by Richard Schaumberg for his restaurant located on the
corner of Tess Corners Drive and Highway 24, and
WHEREAS, it is proposed to place a 5' x 8' flat wall sign on
both the east and south sides of the building, and
WHEREAS, the signs will be black and white on plywood, and
WHEREAS, the ordinance permits 5% of the wall area to be
used as sign and,
WHEREAS, Neither sign meets nor exceeds 5%.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the tw 5' x 8' flat wall
signs to be located on the east and south sides of the Schaumberg
Suburban House located on the corner of Tess Corners Drive and
Highway 24.
