AMENDED
RESOLUTION #P. C. 6-84
AND DISTRICT MAP TO PROVIDE FOR EA (EXCLUSIVE AGRICULTURE)
RECOMMENCATION TO THE COMMON COUNCIL TO AMEND THE TEXT
WHEREAS, it has been proposed in Resolution #P. C. 111-83
to recommend to the Common Council refzoning certain sections of
the city to EA (Exclusive Agriculture), and
WHEREAS, the Common Council adopted the recommended
changes in Resolution #269-83 and Resolution #270-83, subject
to State approval, and
WHEREAS, the State has responded to those changes in a
letter dated October 26, 1983, and
WHEREAS, those amendments with the State's requested
changes are in Exhibit A and B attached, and
WHEREAS, because of the significant changes in the
District Map and Text, the Plan Commission recommends that the
Common Council hold another Public Hearing.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego recommends the following amendments to the
Zoning Ordinance and District Map, as outlined in attached
Exhibit A h B, which includes the State's recommendations.
