BUILDING, SITE & OPERATIONAL PLAN APPROVAL
Bohrer's Property (S63 W20411 Janesville Road)
WHEREAS, there is a proposed change in the use and
size of the Bohrer's building located at S83 W20411
Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, this property lies in the OHS District,
and
WHEREAS, the previous use of the building was for
multiple purposes; one of those being the slaughter of
pigs and cattle, and
WHEREAS, the use proposed is to be food processing
which is more compatible to OHS zoning.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan
of the City of Muskego approve the Building,
Operational Plans for the Bohrer's property
S83 W20411 Janesville Road.
