SIGN APPROVAL
(Drs. Lassa 6 Black, S.C.)
WHEREAS, an application for a sign has been submitted
on the property addressed S76 W17587 Janesville Road, to
replace an existing sign, and
WHEREAS, this sign is to include the name of Dr..David
L. Black, and
WHEREAS, this sign measures 4' x 5' with brown letters
on a tan background, and
WHEREAS, this second free standing sign and location does
0 not conform to the Zoning Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, the applicant has petitioned for variances from
the Board of Appeal, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Comnission must approve all signs
architectually under the established guidelines.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Cotmission
architectually approves the non-illuminated 4' x 5' sign as
submitted, subject to the Board of Appeal granting the necessary
variances.
