SIGN h LANDSCAPING APPROVAL - Lanson Industries
WHEREAS, The Building, Site h Operational Plans for Lanson
Industries, located on the northeast corner of Mercury h Gemini
Drive in the Industrial Park, was approved in Resolution #P. C.
97-83, dated August 2, 1983, and
WHEREAS, that approval did not include the sign and land-
scaping plans, and
WHEREAS, these plans have now been submitted for approval,
and
WHEREAS, the sign is in conformance with the sign ordinance
and,
WHEREAS, The landscaping plans appear to be professionally
done.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission approve
the sign and landscaping plans as submitted for Lanson
Industries, located on the northeast corners of Mercury 6 Gemini
Drive in the Industrial Park.
