C. 142-83 SKETCH APPROVAL FOR A FOUR PARCEL LAND DIVISION NE 114 OF SECTION 11 - (FORMER MAHN PROPERTY) division of the land located on the northeast corner of Woods Road and Durham Drive, in the NE 114 of Section 11, and WHEREAS, a sketch has been submitted for a four parcel WHEREAS, this property is located in an RS-2 District which requires minimum lot sfize of 20,000 sq. ft. and a minimum average width of 110 ft., and than meet the requirements of the uoning ordinance, and WHEREAS, these lots are three acres or more in silze and more deferred sewer assessment. WHEREAS. sewer is available to these lots upon payment of a THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission would be receptive to receipt of a certified survey map conditioned on the I following 1. That the deferred sewer assessment is paid prior to filing of the certified survey map. 2. That the proposed road dedication be shown on the certified survey map. 3.
