EXTENSION OF CONDITIONAL USE
WASTE MANAGEMENT SITE (SANITARY LANDFILL)
WHEREAS, the Common Council entered into a two year contract with
Carl and Lydia Wauer and Waste Management of Wisconsin, Inc. in
December of 1982, and
WHEREAS, Section 2.3 of that contract grants the landfill
operation and permit subject to the annual review of the Plan
Commission, pursuant to the Zoning Ordinance and Ordinance #194,
and
WHEREAS, This annual review has been made.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the one year extension of the
conditional use under which the sanitary landfill permit is
issued.
