C. 139-83 ADDITION TO LIVING QUARTERS - B-3 DISTRICT Gerth WHEREAS, plans have been submitted to the Plan Commission for an opinion as to whether the proposed addition constitutes a substantial alteration, and WHEREAS, this proposed addition to the living quarters is in a B-3 zoning district, and WHEREAS, the B-3 district, under conditional use, refers to any conditional use listed in the B-1 and B-2 zoning district, and WHEREAAS, Section 6.03(G) of the zoning ordinance states that the Plan Commission may require a hearing to determine if a nuisance effect such as noise, dust, smoke, odors, or other the proposed addition would be harmful, noxious, offensive or has factors that may have to be regulated, and 0 WHEREAS, there is already an existing living unit in conjunction with the business, and WHEREAS, this is merely an addition to this existing use and prosperity of the city or immediate neighborhood. does not affect the health, welfare and safety or economic THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego approve the addition to an existing living quarters without requiring a public hearing.
