RECOMMENDATION TO RENEW PERMIT
PAYNE AND DOLAN PORTABLE ASPHALT PLANT
WHEREAS, Payne 6 Dolan of Wisconsin has submitted a request
for renewal of their permit which will expire on December 1,
1983, for continued operation of the portable asphalt plant on
Crowbar Road on the State Sand h Gravel site at W217 S8415
Crowbar Road, and
WHEREAS, this is a permitted accessory use in accordance
with Section 6.07 of the Muskego Zoning ordinance, and
WHEREAS, the $100.00 fee to defray the cost of
administration has been submitted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that
the permit for continued operation of the portable asphalt plant
on Crowbar Road be renewed for one year.
