AMENDED
WHEREAS, a request for Building, Site h Operational Plan
approval has been submitted by Lawrence J. Turtenwald, located at
S79 W18863 Janesville Road, for permission to operate a Retail
and Wholesale battery sales and minor auto electric systems
repairs operation, and
WHEREAS, it is to be located in the 00s District (Office and
Special Service) , and
WHEREAS, this district is to allow for special service uses
that are compatible with the underlying residential district.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve the Building, Site & Operational Plans
subject to the following:
1. That a turn-around be provided.
