APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
ROBERT E. SIEGER
WHEREAS, a certified survey map prepared by Thomas
Inman, land surveyor, dated September 20, 1983, has been
submitted to finalize the one parcel division of the Robert
E. Sieger property in the NE 1/4 of Section 7, and
WHEREAS the proposed lot does not abut a public
street, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission may approve a building not
abutting a public street providing it is two acres in area
and does.not conflict with future development.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey
map for a one parcel division of the Robert E. Sieger property
in the NE 1/4 of Section 7 ana recommends approval to the
Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this approval is subject
to the approval of the City Engineer and the receipt of $200.00
in lieu of park dedication.
