RESOLUTION #P. C. 134-83
ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
DON CARBONELLI
WHEFGiAS, Don Carbonelli, S76 W19401 Prospect Drive,
has requested permission to construct a 12' x 14', unattached,
second garage structure on his property, and
WHEREAS, it does not appear that such garage would have
a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-1 (OED)
District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Comnission of
the City of Muskego (Architectural Control Board) does hereby
approve the request of Don Carbonelli for a 12' x 14',
unattached, second garage structure at S76 W19401 Prospect
Drive .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with this residential
neighborhood.
