APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
JEFF HARTZHEIM (HART BROS . ) - TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, a certified survey map prepared by Kenneth B.
Reesman, land surveyor, dated October 4, 1983, has been
submitted to finalize a two parcel division of the Hart Bros.
property, in the SE 1/4 of Section 8, in the Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS,it is recognized by the Commission that a variance
has been granted by Racine County because the lots are substandard
by less than 1 ft. in width, and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-
territorial jurisdiction of the City of Muskego.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve and recommends approval to
the Common Council, the certified survey nap to finalize a two
parcel division of the Hart Bros. property, in the SE 1/4 of
Section 8, in the Town of Norway
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
receipt of the $25.00 submittal fee.
