APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
FRANK AGENTEN
WHEREAS, a certified survey map, prepared by Thomas
Inn?an, land surveyor, dated September 15, 1983, has been
submitted to finalize the one parcel division of the Frank
Agenten property in the NE 114 of Section 12, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Cormnission approved the sketch for
this division in Resolution #P. C. 114-83, adopted October
4, 1983.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the
0
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
for a one parcel division of the Frank Agenten property in
the NE 1/4 of Section 12 and reconmends approval to the
Common Council .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this approval is subject to
the approval of the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is also subject
to the following:
1. $5,804.45 sewer assessment fee
2. $200.00 park dedication
3. $25.00 submittal fee
