APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Raymond Ingold
WHEREAS, a certified survey map, prepared by Edward A.
tiurley, land surveyor, dated October 25, 1983, has been submitted
to finalize the one parcel division of the Raymond Ingold property
in the SE 1/4 of Section 9, and
WHEREAS, this lot more than conforms to the RS-3 zoning,
and
WEREAS, the Plan Comlission approved a Relocation of
Dwelling to be placed on this lot in Resolution #P. C. 103-83,
adopted September 6, 1983, and
WHEREAS, the certified survey map shows a 25' road
dedication to the centerline of Westwood Drive, and
WEREAS, there are no other areas dedicated for a 60' future
road on Westwood Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map for
a one parcel division of the Raymond Ingold property in the SE 114
of Section 9, and recommends approval to the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this approval waives the require-
ment of the 30' road dedication.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this approval is subject to the
approval of the City Engineer, along with the $25.00 submittal
fee and $200.00 in lieu of park dedication.
