RECOMMENDATION TO COMNON COUNCIL TO AMENC CHAPTER 8.01(A)(3)
OF THE ZONING ORDIKANCE
WHEREAS, because of a recent court case regarding Section
8.01(A)(3) of the Zoning Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, it is recoumlended by the City Attorney that the
ordinance be amended, and
WHEREAS, he has recommended rewording of subsection (B).
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission adopt
the rewording, as shown on Page 1 (attached), and recommend to
the Common Council to amend the ordinance as suggested by the
