APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
ALAN & KAREN RAGI0 - TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, a certified survey map prepared by Gary B.
Foat, land surveyor, dated October 13, 1983, has been
submitted to finalize a two parcel division of the Alan
& Karen Ragio property, in the NW 1/4 of Section 3, in the
Town of Norway, lying between County Highway G and Old
Loomis Road, and a WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-
territorial jurisdiction of the City of Muskego.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve and recommends
approval to the Couunon Council, the certified survey map
to finalize a two parcel division of the Alan & Karen Ragio
property, in the NW 1/4 of Section 3, in the Town of Norway,
lying between County Highway G and Old Loomis Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
receipt of the $25.00 submittal fee.
