APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
WAYNE BORCHARDT
Inman, has been submitted to finalize a proposed land
division of two additional parcels in Lot 7, Block 2,
in the Muskego Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, the certified survey map conforms to the
sketch approved by the Plan Commission in Resolution #P. C.
116-83, dated October 4, 1983, and
e WHEREAS, in Resolution #P. C. 117-83, a Building, Site
and Operational Plan had been submitted for parcel 1, and
WHEREAS, the revised plan now indicates a wood fence
to be used for screening, if outside storage is necessary.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the
City of Mkskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
for a division of two additional parcels in Lot 7, Block 2, of
the Industrial Park and recommends approval to the Common Council
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
a $25.00 submittal fee.
