APPROVAL - OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIOPAL PLAN
COUNTRY SQUIRE
WHEREAS, it is proposed to put an addition on the
restaurant known as Country Squire, located on the
southeast corner of Bay Lane and Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, this is zoned OHS (Overlay Highway Service),
and
WHEREAS, restaurants are permitted use by right, subject
to the approval of the Plan Comission of Building, Site and
Operational plans, and
WHEREAS, this addition constitutes a change
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the Building, Site and
Operational Plans for the restaurant known as Country Squire
located at the southeast corner of Bay Lane and Janesville
Road.
