0 APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL OF REZONING
FROM RS-3(0ED) to RS-3(00S)

WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted by Gregory S.
Wade to rezone the property addressed S77 W18512 Janesville
Road from RS-3(0ED) to RS-3(OOS), and
WHEREAS, the reasons for this petition are to operate
an antique business and a men's and women's styling salon,
which are some of the uses permitted in the 00s (Office and
Special Service) district, and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held on October 11,
1983.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council of the City of Muskego
of the petition submitted by Gregory
S. Wade to rezone the property addressed at S77 W18512
Janesville Road from RS-3(0ED) to RS-3(00S).
