RESOLUTION #P. C. 122-83
RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL TO AMEND THE TEXT
TO INCLUDE EA DISTRICT (EXCLUSIVE AGRICULTURE)
WHEREAS, there has been a petition to amend the Text
to include an EA, Exclusive Agriculture, District, and
WHEREAS, the intent is for Exclusive Agriculture
Zoning which provides that farm land cannot be developed,
and
WHEREAS, Permitted Accessory Uses and Conditional
Uses are necessary.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ordinance be
amended in accordance with the attached form.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject
to State approval of the Farmland Preservation Act in the
City of Muskego.
