RECOMMENDATION TO MIEND REVISED MASTER PLAN - BLUHM PARK
WHEREAS, the City has developed four lots along
Fairfield Drive on the former Bluhm property, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Board has a long range
plan showing parking with a driveway extended from Fairfield
Drive to a parking lot west of the development, and
WHEREAS, it is now proposed to relocate the parking area
further west on the property and have the driveway enter off
the lot leading to the proposed liftstation.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego approve the revised Master Plan for
Bluhm Park showing the relocation of the parking lot and
remove the developed lots along Fairfield Drive from the
hster Plan.
