PCR1983120RESOLUTION #P. C. 120-83 ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF ADDITION TO SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE PHILLIP J. PRICE WHEREAS, Phillip J. Price, S104 W18581 Keiser Lane, received Plan Commission approval on October 3, 1978, to construct a 24' x 30', unattached,second garage structure, and this have WHEREAS, he is now requesting a 24' x 24' addition to second garage structure, and WHEREAS, it does not appear that such an addition would a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable enjoyr,ent of the surrounding properties in this R-1 District THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego (Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request of Phillip J. Price for a 24' x 24' addition to the second garage structure at S104 W18581 Keiser Lane. ,BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the architectural design of this addition to the second garage structure shall be compatible with this residential neighborhood.
