has requested permission to construct a 12' x 16', unattached
second garage structure on his property, and
WHEREAS, it does not appear that such garage would have
a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego (Architectural Control Board) does hereby
approve the request of Dale Drutowski for a 12' x 16'.
unattached, second garage structure at S70 W13120 Flintlock
Trail.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be conpatible with this residential
neighborhood.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject
to reorientation of the shed.
