APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS
WAYNE R. BORCHARDT
WHEREAS, plans have been submitted for Building,
Site and Operational Plan approval in the Muskego Industrial
Park by Wayne R. Borchardt Builders, and
WHEREAS they have submitted a request for a proposed
land division of lot #?, block #2, Muskego Industrial Park,
and
WHEREAS, these buildings are for the sale and storage
of building materials, and
WHEREAS, the proposed buildings are architectually
acceptable and,
WHEREAS, there is proposed to be two 10' signs to be
located adjacent to Building "A".
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comnission approve
the Building, Site and Operational Plan as submitted.
