APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
WHEREAS, a sketch has been submitted by Wayne R. Borchardt
to create two additional lots in Lot 7, block 2 of the
Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, the proposed lots measure approximately 160'
x 375' and conform to the Zoning Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, they have acquired one access for both lots
from the County, and
WHEREAS, the necessary easements will be placed on a
Certified Survey Map.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for a two
parcel division of the property in Lot 7, block 2 of the
Industrial Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Com,ission will be
receptive to receipt of a Certified Survey Map to finalize
this division, along with receipt of the $25.00 submittal fee
and $400.00 in lieu of park dedication.
