APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS
WISCONSIN TELEPHONE COMPANY
WHEREAS, a request for Building, Site and Operational
Plan approval has been submitted by the W. G. Nienow Co. for
the Wisconsin Telephone Company, who propose constructing
a 10' x 20' one story building to house electronic equipment,
and
WHEREAS they have made an agreement for permanent easement
with the owners of the land located in the B-4 District
(Highway Business) in the southeast 114 of Section 25, on
State Highway 1/45, near the intersection of Highway 1\36, and
WHEREAS, the plans called for two architectural schemes;
one and two, and
WHEREAS they have proposed to asphalt the driveway and
landscape the other area and plant four evergreen trees, 6' to 8'
in height; two on the north side of the building and two on the
south side of the building.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission approve
the Building, Site and Operational Plan to permit construction of
a 10' x 20' electronic equipment building requested on the
property owned by Loomis Land Company, located in the southeast
1/4 of Section 25.
