APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
FRANK AGENTEN
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map has been submitted
for a one parcel division of the Frank Agenten property
in the NE 114 of Section 12, and
WHEREAS, this lot is adjacent to the Willow Wood
Subdivision and conforms to the RS-2 Zoning District, and
WHEREAS this lot is a parcel of the Preliminary Plot
that was approved by the Plan Conmission on September 7, 1971,
but was not part of the final plat, and
WHEREAS the sewer line ends at the intersection of
Berrywood and Skylark Lane, and
WHEREAS a lateral could be reached to this lot with
Sewer Comnittee permission.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Conmission
approve the one parcel division.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is conditioned
on the availability of sewers for this lot.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this is subject to submission
of $200.00 park dedication and $25.00 submittal fee.
