APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS
TOWN & COUNTRY DISPOSAZ.
submitted to the Plan Commission by Town and Country Disposal
for the construction of an 80' x 110' building on Parcel #Z
at the end of College Court, in the Tess Corners Industrial
Park, and
WHEREAS, Building, Site and Operational plans have been
WHEREAS, this building will be in conjunction with an
existing building to the north of the proposed building
(Ristow Trucking Building), and
that constructed the Ristow Building and will be compatible
with that building, and
WHEREAS, this is to be constructed by the sane firm
WHEREAS, the building will be used to dump partial loads
and compact them into a compactor which is housed in the
building, and
and
and
elevation, and
WHEREAS, the drive on both buildings are to be concrete,
WHEREAS, it is proposed to landscape between the drives,
WHEREAS, the sign is to be a flat wall sign on the west
WHEREAS, the only outside storage will be dumpsters, and
WHEREAS, there is some screening available and unplatted
lands to the east, and
WHEREAS, there is a storm drainage problem on the former
Ristow property.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Building, Site and
Operational plans be approved subject to the continuation of
the storm sewer to a drainage ditch or easement in the Tess
Corners Industrial Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the drive areas that are shown
as stone gravel be in a dustproof condition.
